About Me

I bring over 25 years of experience in fundraising strategy, campaign design, team optimization, strategic planning, board engagement, and leadership development. Throughout my career, I have been part of or led high-performing fundraising teams in various sectors including arts and culture, academia, health sciences, and community engagement. My professional background spans progressive fundraising roles across annual giving, major gifts, capital campaigns, and planned giving. I have contributed to and led multimillion-dollar campaigns that drove transformational gifts for mission-driven institutions, positioning them for long-term success.

I am known for my collaborative style, strategic insight, analytical skills, and ability to develop sustainable teams and systems that strengthen fundraising capacity. I hold a BA and MA from the University of Oregon and have been rooted in Seattle’s nonprofit community since 2000. As a committed volunteer and active community member, I enjoy helping organizations build their capacity and develop new skills to drive towards their missions.

I am currently a student of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and pursuing certification as a professional mediator. I believe this expanded skill set will provide additional service to my clients to address internal conflict constructively and establish a healthier workplace culture for continued success.

I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for over three decades. I am an active volunteer in the Seattle community, spending my time supporting human services organizations. You'll often find me enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding area with my three dogs, Annie, Liam, and Bunny. When I'm not at the dog park, I enjoy baking, socializing, and spending time with my family.
